The Chilton Public Library is constantly striving to offer resources and services that the community currently needs, as well as what they need in the near future. It is this desire from staff and the library board that directed a more formal look to the future. It isn’t always easy to know if we are serving the community to its fullest or if we are missing areas that are in need of coverage.

 

Since May, the Chilton Public Library has been working towards building a strategic plan that will help move resources, services, and the building forward for the next five years. To continue to support our mission and values, the library will be looking at four specific strategic goals, each with their own set of objectives.
